Scope of Services. Through this Site, Proline Pool Systems markets and arranges Weekly Pool Cleaning, Green Pool Recovery, Pool Brushing Service, Pool Vacuuming Service, Pump Basket Cleaning, Pool Pump Repair, Chemical Pool Treatment. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Proline Pool Systems and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Proline Pool Systems may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Proline Pool Systems makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Proline Pool Systems's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proline Pool Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.

Term Changes. Proline Pool Systems may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
